SHIPPING POLICY

We do NOT ship outside the Domestic United States.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our products. Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time.

So if you are not happy with your item(s), you can send it back to us. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from when the item was shipped with these conditions:

  • We accept returns for full price items.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Item(s) must be returned new, unused with all tags attached, in the same condition that you received it.
  • Security tags must NOT be removed and intact.
  • Invoice provided with the order.
  • All shipping fees applied to the original order are non-refundable.

Our online return policy lasts for 30 days. If past the 30 days, we can only offer you online credit. All credit will be valid for SIX MONTHS, and all stipulations above will apply.

Orders must be received within 5-7 days of Return Approval from GAVOTTE. You can request one via our Contact page here. Please add your reason and include the Invoice number for reference.

Returns will be processed usually within 7 days. After, the refund times will vary depending on various banking providers, out of our control.

GAVOTTE reserves the right to decline any refunds if any requirements are not met.
